Staff also work in fundraising, marketing, community outreach, retail and administrative positions. Employees are eligible to participate in the Conservancy's retirement plan after 30 days of employment. After one year of employment, the Conservancy provides a match of up to 3 percent. Internships in the ParksThe Parks Conservancy and National Park Service offer a variety of internship positions in the parks. Full and part-time positions are available, and a minimum six-month commitment is usually requested. Housing and out-of-pocket expenses may be available, upon request, for full-time interns.
