This is a weekly volunteer program every Friday, 1–4 pm.
Help eradicate noxious weeds that
pose threats to the native biodiversity of Presidio plants and animals.
Come participate in “extreme restoration” in some of the more
out-of-the-way natural areas of the Presidio and go after pampass grass,
cape ivy, French broom, iceplant, and poison hemlock. Invasives watch
out!
Individuals
and Families Register for this program. Drop-in individuals are
welcome. Registration is not required for participation.
Groups For groups
of 5 or more volunteers, we can
arrange a special project
just for you. Visit our Group Volunteers page for more information and to
fill out the Group Project Request Form. Group projects must be
confirmed in
advance.
