INDIVIDUAL VOLUNTEERS
We need your help! Come out and lend a hand while while enjoying the scenic landscapes of the Golden Gate National Parks. Your contribution is vital to the health of our parks and our community.
We offer a wide range of volunteer opportunities throughout San Francisco, The Presidio, Marin, and San Mateo County. Many options do not require training or a lengthy time commitment and welcome drop-in volunteers. It’s a great way to meet others, as well as a fun and rewarding way to spend the day.
The Golden Gate National Parks Volunteer Program is a cooperative parkwide effort of the Golden Gate National Parks Conservancy, the National Park Service, and the Presidio Trust.
View our Weekly Schedule (PDF) or Volunteer Brochure (PDF) for an overview of our programs.
