Who is attending Turning the Tide?
The Turning the Tide program will bring together leading-edge, high-impact individuals across many disciplines and focus them towards action on global sustainability. The list of Turning the Tide attendees includes scientists, CEOs, philanthropists, youth activists, venture capitalists, nonprofit leaders and social entrepreneurs.

How much does it cost to attend Turning the Tide?
The price of the full conference ticket is $895. Parks Conservancy members receive a 15% discount. Please e-mail the Institute to receive your member discount code. If you believe you qualify for a non-profit or goverment employee discounted rate of $695 please complete our pre-registration form.

How can I participate in Turning the Tide?
There are various avenues for participation throughout the three-day program:

How do I secure accommodations for the event?
Accommodations are provided by Cavallo Point Lodge, the event site for Turning the Tide. To book your accommodations
please call (888) 651-2003 or e-mail reservations@cavallopoint.com. To ensure you receive the best possible room rate of $207.50 (plus fees) please request a room associated with the Turning the Tide room block.

Are there mass transportation options available to the event? What is the best way to get to Fort Baker?

For guests arriving at SFO who prefer not to rent a car, the Marin Airporter bus is available from SFO to Sausalito. Cavallo Point provides complimentary pick up from the bus stop. This service is also available upon return to SFO. Please make these arrangements with our Concierge prior to your arrival. You may reach the Concierge at Cavallo Point at (415) 339-4700. You can view the Marin Airporter schedule at www.marinairporter.com.

Public transportation to San Francisco is available by bus or ferry. To access these options, Cavallo Point offers complimentary shuttle service for our hotel guests to and from the Ferry Station in Sausalito, one mile from the lodge. Please ask our Concierge for details.

What is the dress code for the event?
We recommend wearing business-casual attire to program sessions, meals, and networking receptions.
