Trails Forever Programs
Trails Forever has a wide range of volunteer programs to match your
interests, skills, and available time. When you volunteer, you’re making
a vital contribution to your local National Parks, your open space, and
your community.
In addition to helping your community, these programs provide
opportunities for personal development and growth for all ages and
backgrounds. You can have a hand in helping to create and maintain a
world class trail system right in your own backyard while gaining a
truly rewarding personal experience. So come join us for a fun and
gratifying experience in the parks!
Use your day off as a
day on and celebrate the holiday by helping restore your National Park.
We have specially scheduled programs throughout the year at sites in
Marin, the Presidio, San Francisco, and San Mateo County. Projects
include trail maintenance and habitat restoration along some of the most
scenic trails in the park. This project is just for teens and fulfills
service hours, so come with
friends, classmates, or your school club. Click here for more details.
