Programs and Events at the Institute

The Institute is now planning its first set of programs, which include events for the general public and invitation-only conferences, meetings and retreats for leaders in the nonprofit, government, and business sectors. Programs under development include an international youth leadership program, a symposium on the challenges of preserving open spaces in public areas, a fellowship program to support creative thinking on climate change, and leadership training for top-level park managers.

A public lecture series focusing on global environmental issues will be offered by the Institute and Conservation International beginning in fall 2008. Please check back often as information on these lectures, and other upcoming events, will be posted as it becomes available.
