We invite you to an interactive panel with the park’s former interns Aurora Perez, Jainita Patel, and Alex Jordan as they reflect and share examples from their journeys as people of color in the environmental field. What practices have they encountered in organizations that make for a supportive workplace? What advice do they have for young budding environmentalists and environmental organizations? This panel will highlight their stories and experiences that have led them down many different paths in the environmental and outdoor world.
