Nike missile veteran David Bridgman will show you how Russia indirectly changed the course of these parklands.

The moderately strenuous hike starts at the far west end of Sneath Lane in San Bruno.

Directions: From Skyline Blvd, turn west and continue to the trailhead.

One of the San Francisco Chronicle's Top 10 Hikes.
