Nature Journal Club

Think big! Learn how to draw elephants, rhinos, giraffe, hippos and more. In this workshop we will get under the skin to understand the anatomy and major muscle groups of these large animals. Learn how skeleton and posture change to support great weight. We will also look at skin and fur texture and foreshortening animals.

It is also my birthday party so bring a wrapped nature journaling related present not for me but for the journal club gift exchange.

All ages and experience levels are welcome; $20 suggested donation.

Bring:

  • A sketchbook and pencil
  • Realistic plastic toy animals (yes raid the toy box).
  • A wrapped gift for the gift exchange (one per person).
