Sunset at Rodeo Beach

Alison Taggart-Barone/Parks Conservancy

Join a National Park Service ranger at Rodeo Beach to view the stars through a telescope. Learn about the night sky, stories of its constellations, and how this area was shaped over time through the seasons.

Dress in warm layers and bring a flashlight, water, and snack.  The talk is family friendly and there will be one telescope provided for all visitors to use.  Meet at the Rodeo Beach parking lot. Rain cancels. Reservations required, please call the Marin Headlands Visitor Center at (415) 331-1540.  Max 30 participants.
