Discover the geology, ecology, and cultural history of the area with others who love Mt. Tam. Led by trained volunteers from the Friends of Mt. Tam, this slower paced hike is approximately 3.5 to 5 miles with under a 1000', elevation gain. For beginning hikers, senior hikers, and in-betweeners. Be sure to bring hiking boots, plenty of water and a light lunch.
