Mori Point Earth Day and Pacifica EcoFest

Come join us at Mori Point for Earth Day of Action 2019 to help restore habitat for the California red legged frog. We will host a service program for the first two hours, and then encourage volunteers to head to Linda Mar State Beach for the family-friendly Pacifica EcoFest fair to listen to live music, meet local environmental organizations at various booths, and  participate in hands-on activities. Click here to learn more about the Pacifica EcoFest Fair. Adult chaperones required for youth under the age of 15.

11am to 2:30pm: Pacifica EcoFest Fair. Meet at Linda Mar State Beach (south parking lot)

AGE, SKILLS, WHAT TO BRING:

• Age requirement varies by project. Read our Youth Policy Guidelines (PDF) for youth under the age of 15.
• Bring your completed Volunteer Agreement Form (PDF). Volunteers under the age of 18 must have the parent/guardian approval section signed.
• Wear clothes that can get dirty. Long pants and closed-toe shoes are required. Bring layers for changing weather and rain gear if necessary.
• Bring a personal water bottle and sunscreen.
• No experience necessary. Training and tools will be provided. Fulfills community service requirements.
