When: Friday, May 31st, 2024, 1 pm–3:30 pm
Where: El Polín, Presidio of San Francisco; specific meeting location will be in the confirmation email after registering. Registration is required.
On the eve of Pride Month, come build community with other queer and trans folks for a reflective, restorative afternoon at El Polín. Queer & trans staff will offer a guided meditation, nature walk, quiet reflection time, and an opportunity to connect with each other through small group conversation about queer ecology, the radical roots of Pride, queer and trans ancestors, and your intentions for this season and beyond. We want to keep this small and space is limited, so sign up early!
Accessibility details: This event is fully outdoors, so masks will be optional, but please tune into the others around you and mask up when approaching anyone else wearing a mask. The hike will be about one mile, and currently includes one flight of stairs. Please reach out with access needs and we will modify accordingly!
The Golden Gate National Parks programming is a cooperative parkwide effort of the Golden Gate National Parks Conservancy, the National Park Service, and the Presidio Trust.
