In partnership with the Student Conservation Association and Environment for the Americas, the Parks Conservancy Pathways Program offers a variety of internships working with diverse teams across the parks. Opportunities vary throughout the year and include working with: Community Science, Stewardship, and Engagement, Native Plant Nurseries, Development, Impact & Innovation, and more!

Opportunities for Career Development

Our internships aim to provide career exploration opportunities for 18 - 30 years old, or Veterans 35 years old or younger. Although most positions require a high school degree or equivalent and limited work experience. Some do require an undergraduate degree or specific work/volunteer experience. Please read the position description carefully for specific requirements. Internships are hosted by the Golden Gate National Parks Conservancy as Individual Placements through the SCA and EFTA.
