Inspiring the next generation: Goldman Prize winners in the parks

The power of youth + community action came together this spring, as the Parks Conservancy partnered with the Goldman Environmental Prize for a special event at the Crissy Field Center. 

Youth met the 2026 Goldman Prize winners to hear their stories of environmental leadership, from stopping fracking projects to protecting forests. Their work highlights the power of community‑driven action to create lasting environmental change, and the impact on youth was clear. It's all part of our mission to inspire the next generation of environmental justice advocates through Crissy Field Center programs.
