Beach Clean-Ups in the Golden Gate National Recreation Area

Our beloved beaches provide space for relaxation, recreation, reflection, and connection. Unfortunately, these ecosysytems are also vulnerable to pollution and litter. That’s where you come in! Together, we can create a cleaner, healthier coastline.

Volunteer with us to help keep our beaches clean and safe for everyone. Our beach clean-up events at Ocean Beach in San Francisco and Muir Beach in Marin County are fantastic ways way to give back to the community, meet new people, and enjoy the great outdoors. Whether you’re solo or with a family or a group of friends, everyone is welcome!
