Back in 2024, our Tamalpais Bee Lab launched a successful community science effort to find a rare, endemic bee that hadn't been seen in almost 50 years. We just wrapped up 2026 season on Mt. Tamalpais learning more about this elusive bee.
In partnership with the National Park Service, local schools, and community organizations, the Parks Conservancy is proud to provide a suite of hands-on, immersive programs for kids and youth at all grade levels.
