Kick off our nursery class series and delve into the interesting and delicate techniques used to treat our native seeds to start germination and our growing season! This class will be led by Liz Ponzini (Manager of the Marin Headlands Nursery) and Robin Binaoro (Marin Headlands Nursery Seed Ecologist).

If it's been way too long since that high school biology class, come join Annette Russell (Presidio Nursery Manager) to learn the basics of plant biology!

Brian Hildebidle (Presidio Trust; Supervisory Natural Resources Management Specialist) will lead this all-day field workshop on the different techniques involved in using willows for restoring riparian zones.

Join an incredible group of women as we work together to create a positive impact on the trail systems of our National Parks.

It's planting crunch time - we need to get over 2,500 plants into the ground at beautiful Rancho Corral de Tierra before the winter rains end! 

Join the National Park Service Trail Crew and Parks Conservancy in mitigating standing water on the gorgeous Point Bonita Lighthouse Trail. 

This day-long course is co-hosted/sponsored by the Conservancy's Alcatraz Gardens program and will begin with a tour of the historic gardens with manager Shelagh Fritz to gain inspiration for you to create your own mosaic. With ideas in mind, local artist Kristi Halva will walk through the steps of creating a beautiful piece of art of your own.
