Saturday, May 7, 2022 was a glorious day for kites and Crissy Field! A big THANK YOU to everybody who stopped by the Roving Ranger to celebrate 20 years since the transformation of this beloved space. This day had it all: Families, friends, pups, the Bay, and a strong wind to help the sea of kites flying overhead!

Presidio Tunnel Tops is a new area within the Presidio national park site, free and accessible to all and opening starting July 17, 2022.

It brought us so much joy to walk in solidarity with the LGBTQ community alongside our partners at the National Park Service and the Presidio Trust in the SF Pride Parade on Sunday, June 26, 2022. It’s moments like this that remind us of the power of community and the power of connection, with each other and the world around us.

Over 20 positions open to students enrolled at City College of San Francisco, College of Marin, & San Francisco State University. Placements include natural and cultural resources, education and interpretive programs, communications and media, public affairs, nurseries, museum programs, and more! Thank you to everybody who joined us for a spectacular opening weekend of Presidio Tunnel Tops! From the ribbon cutting ceremony on Saturday, July 16, to the public opening on Sunday, July 17, it was a weekend full of fun from every angle.
