Brian Hildebidle (Presidio Trust; Supervisory Natural Resources Management Specialist) will lead this half-day field workshop on the different techniques involved in using willows for restoring riparian zones.

Kick off our nursery class series and delve into the interesting and delicate techniques used to treat our native seeds to start germination and our growing season! This class will be led by Liz Ponzini (Manager, Marin Headlands Nursery) and Robin Binaoro (Associate Manager, Presidio Nursery), Martine Glaros (Seed Collector/Nursery Assistant, Marin Headlands Nursery), and Desmond Murray (Seed Collection Ecologist, Presidio Nursery).
