Michael Carr is the Chief Operations Officer at the Parks Conservancy. In this role, he provides oversight for crucial operational areas, including Technology, Facilities, Employee Safety, and Legal Affairs.
As Vice President for Community and Youth Programs, Dennis Mabasa leads efforts to identify and break down barriers to park access by those historically excluded; and engage individuals, youth, families, and community organizations in educational, recreational, and service-based experiences.
Sean Kelley is the Parks Conservancy's Vice President of Visitor Programs and Services. He oversees the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the organization's interpretive programs throughout the Parks Conservancy, with a particular focus on Alcatraz.
