Volunteers

The Park Stewardship team will lead a leisurely walk along the trails and share the folklore, medicinal uses and biology of the flowers. Spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean and a new appreciation for spring wildflowers in San Francisco are guaranteed!

Taught by the skilled Naomi LeBeau (Park Stewardship Restoration Manager) and Christina Crooker (Park Stewardship Senior Restoration Manager) this class will provide an introduction to the botanical terms commonly used in identifying plants with a taxonomic key.
