Stemming from the Mt. Tam Science Summit held last fall, Marin Municipal Water District and San Francisco State University have begun inventorying pollinators, primarily bees. This is the first time this part of Marin has ever been surveyed for pollinators. Join us to learn how to collect, clean and prepare specimens. Ages 13 and up. RSVP required as space is limited.

This workshop on ocean acidification is an opportunity for educators to receive the most up-to-date information directly from researchers and for scientists to practice best communication skills that can aid future educational collaborations. This is the first workshop of the BayCLIC Local Climate Science & Education Series at Fort Mason, San Francisco. The series brings the Bay Area‰ЫЄs science and education communities together to explore local climate research, program-specific applications, and place-based solutions. Formal and informal educators are welcome!

By working in this group setting, an electric environment is created as people discover the many different beautiful and amazing wildlife that has been captured on these cameras. This session will be hosted by Marin County Parks, a member of the Tamalpais Lands Collaborative.
